• Empower, inspire, and mentor individuals to have independence in all areas of their day, including healthy social interactions, self-regulated behaviors, opportunities to use skills in decision making, and opportunities for individual self-advocacy.

• Provide vocational training and supervision, individual programming assistance with self-care needs, and transportation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. 

• Provide activities and experiences for individuals to help them gain knowledge, interests, and preferences in making informed decisions.
